Q: Do you offer local pick up?

A: Yes! I offer free local pickup at my studio, Baohaus Collective, in the Chinatown neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC. Please select the relevant shipping option at checkout if you’d like to pick up your order in person.

I kindly ask that you do not place an order for local pickup if you cannot pick it up within 1 month from the order being fulfilled. I do not offer refunds if you cannot come and pick up your order after purchasing - if this happens and you would like me to ship it to you instead please email me directly for a quote.


Q: I cannot come to Vancouver to pick up my order, can I have it shipped?

A: Yes, I am offering shipping again! All items can be shipped to Canada and the USA. Only items that can be sent via Lettermail (e.g. stickers, prints, and small accessories) can be shipped internationally at this time. You are responsible for covering any customs or import fees incurred if you are shipping outside of Canada.

All items are shipped through Canada Post - please email me directly for a quote if you’d prefer to use a different carrier.


Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

A: All orders are shipped from Canada (Vancouver, BC) - shipping just costs a lot up here :( I will typically refund overages in shipping, but it is a rare occurrence and generally not more than a few dollars. Ultimately, I am an individual making and shipping all of these items and cannot offer reduced shipping rates the way that larger volume businesses can. Sorry!

If you are ordering a large amount of items and/or very heavy objects, or if the shipping option you are given seems outrageous, please consider emailing me directly to confirm a more accurate shipping quote than what I can provide through pre-programmed options.


Q: Do you offer wholesale/bulk discounts?

A: I offer wholesale rates for stickers! Please email me directly at nik.tattoo.booking@gmail.com for a rate list if you’re are interested in stocking my stickers at your shop or just having a bunch of them for reasons.


Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

A: Tracking is generally not included with your order unless it has been specified in the item listing. If you would like a tracking number for your order, please add the “Tracked Shipping” item to your cart

All shipping options over $20 include tracking by default - please email me directly for a quote if you’d like to include the option to require a signature upon delivery.


Q: Are packages insured?

A: Like tracking, insurance is generally not included with your order unless it has been specified in the item listing. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order (up to $100 for orders shipped to Canada, up to $60 for orders shipped to the USA), please add the “Tracked Shipping” item to your cart.

All shipping options over $20 include insurance up to $100 for Canadian order and $60 for USA orders by default - please email me directly for a quote if you’d like to purchase additional insurance for your order.


Q: Do you take custom orders/commissions? Can I reserve/pre-order a piece?

A: I am not currently accepting custom orders or commissions! I do not generally offer pre-orders or reservations for pieces - shop updates are shared publicly via my Instagram and items are available first come first serve.


Q: How long do I have to wait until my order is ready?

A: Orders are typically prepared within one week. You will receive an email indicating when it is has been fulfilled and is shipped/ready to pick up. Actual shipping times may vary based on your country and/or the current state of the world, but are usually as follows:

  • Canada: 2-7 business days

  • USA & International: 4-7 business days


Q: I never received my order.

A: Email me at nik.tattoo.booking@gmail.com if it’s been more than a couple weeks and you haven’t received a notification that your order has been fulfilled! If you ordered items with tracking and they’ve been marked as shipped but have not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (~2-3 weeks for Canada, or 3-4 weeks for USA & International) please feel free to email me as well - depending on the circumstances I may be able to either refund or replace your order.

Please note that I will not refund/replace orders that do not include tracking or that do not arrive due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses, moving addresses before the order has arrived, etc.


Q: I’ve received my order, but there are items missing.

A: Please email me at nik.tattoo.booking@gmail.com with your order number and the missing items! Depending on the circumstances, I can either complete the order or otherwise refund you for missing parts of your order.


Q: I’ve received my order, but I think there is something wrong with it. Can I get a refund for this or any other reason?

A: In general, all purchases from my shop are non-refundable. Please note that due to the nature of handmade items, there will always be some minor “imperfections” and signs of the artist - I am a human, not an industrial process, and I do not consider these to be defects. If something in your order is obviously defective (e.g. broken components, damage due to poor packaging/handling on my end, etc.), please email me directly within 48 hours of receiving your order and I can potentially replace/refund the item, depending on the circumstances. Please take photos of the damage and keep all items including the damaged piece(s) and any included packaging - if you do not follow these steps and keep all of these things, I reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement for your order.

Please note that I will not refund/replace orders that are damaged in transit due to poor handling by the carrier(s) if the package is untracked & uninsured. Consider purchasing tracking/insurance if you are placing a high-value order that does not include tracking by default.


Q: I have a question that isn’t addressed anywhere on your website – how can I contact you?

A: Questions and other inquiries can be sent to nik.tattoo.booking@gmail.com. I typically respond to emails within 2 weeks.
